LOAD IN - Friday

All stall holders wear Hi-Viz tops and closed shoes for load in
No young children - this is a working site
Carefully remove stall signs from floor
No tape allowed anywhere on the building’s structure including floors
Take all packing and other waste offsite
Remove vehicle from site straight immediately after loading in your stall - There is no onsite parking available
Please be courteous and listen to all instructions by Old Museum staff

Event closes at 3pm- stalls to remain open until 3:00pm

Load out may commence from approx. 3:30pm depending on egress of public
You can commence walking stock to your car after 3:30pm
- VEHICLES CAN COMMENCE LOAD OUT AT MAIN DOOR AFTER 4:00PM AS FOLLOWS:
- To load into your vehicle at the front door: Bring all stall gear and pile up carefully outside; see the Old Museum Parking Marshall for a VEHICLE NUMBER CARD BEFORE collecting your vehicle; hand this number to the gate Security Guard when bringing your vehicle in. NO VEHICLES will be permitted without a number card. There is limited spaces available for vehicles during load out.
