with Crown Law Choir
The Legal Forecast Creative is delighted to invite you to a relaxing evening of music and creative arts in support of mental wellbeing within the legal profession. Set in the beautiful Old Museum Building in Bowen Hills, LawchestraQ will perform famous repertoire, including works by Tchaikovsky and Grieg. The orchestra will be supported by other creative groups and individuals within the legal profession, including the Crown Law Choir.
LawchestraQ is an orchestra run by volunteers and comprised of law students and members of the legal profession who are passionate about the benefits of creativity in legal practice and life generally. As such, a portion of proceeds from this event will be donated to Minds Count, an organisation committed to promoting positive mental health amongst the legal profession.
With support from our founding patron, the Honourable Justice Philippides of the Queensland Court of Appeal (who will provide a keynote address at the concert) and our generous sponsors, the Queensland Law Society, Cooper Grace Ward Lawyers, Irish Bentley Lawyers and Herbert Smith Freehills we invite you to join us for canapes and purchased drinks during an evening of merriment, creative expression and beautiful music.
