On July 22, Brisbane indie pop band Sheppard will party with neighbours from NSW, Oceanics. Sheppard recently introduced themselves to Brisbane at #thesecretparty and are currently working on their self-titled EP scheduled for release in July.

Oceanics burst onto the scene in 2010. The group of young lads run attractive guitar melodies and vocals similar to that of The Kooks and describe their style as calypso/pop/neg. They have supported names like Ball Park Music, The Cairos and British India and are currently working on EP number 2.
